Keukenhof Trip

ISA, TUSAT and LA-Voz together present a trip to Keukenhof, the famed tulip garden of Netherlands (www.keukenhof.nl) and Noordwijk beach! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noordwijk).

On 13th of May, we shall start at 7:30am from city center and 7:50am from checkpoint Charlie, leave Keukenhof at 3pm, head towards the beach and will return to Enschede by 8pm. The cost includes bus journey to Keukenhof, beach and back, and also the entry ticket (quite a nice deal ;-) )

Holi 2012- The festival of colours

Entry Fee : 2 Euros

Holi is a spring festival celebrated widely in India (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holi). During this event participants throw colours at each other and celebrate the arrival of spring. The Indian Student association at the University of Twente is celebrating holi on May 12 2012. The Colours and Indian snacks will be arranged by us. ISA wins the first prize at the International Food Festival

Indians are once again the BEST COOKS at the University of Twente. We won the first prize at the International food festival for the 2011 edition.The prize was won by the ISA during the 2010 edition too. Special congratulations to all those who worked hard for the event. We must congratulate Mustafa for making mutton biryani, leaf biryani, idiyappam, mutton curry and navratan korma. Megha and Ranjini for the salmon fish cutlets. Hema an Rao for the Gulab jamun. Prince for the gajar ka halwa. Ragha for the Potato mutter curry and Ravi Sinha for his Poha.
